Did you order the wrong item or is there any quality problem of the goods? We are willing to help you return your items to us within 14 days of receipt.

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases from the FION store so we have created our Super Easy Returns process. We value your business and support and we’ll do anything we can to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. 

If an item arrives broken or damaged - Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for either a refund or replacement. In this situation the return shipping will be on us! 


Super Easy Return Instructions

  1. Carefully wrap up your product with all original packaging, price tag, etc.
  2. Contact us to tell us about the problem of damaged item and request for the refund
  3. Please notice that all discounted goods are non-refundable
  4. After receiving the goods, the warehouse will proceed with the return inspection according to the order, and the customer service will contact you continuously after confirming the status of the goods.
  5. We will complete the refund within 14 working days of receipt and confirmation of your return, but the actual refund time depends on the card issuer, bank or electronic payment institution.

If the product needs to be returned due to quality problems, we will bear the relevant shipping costs; otherwise, the customer will have to pay for the cost of returning the product to the warehouse. If the shipping cost is insufficient, please note that the warehouse will refuse to accept it and you have to pay the extra shipping cost.
